The Moonen Martinique 122 – YN206 is the eight yacht in the Martinique series, a line of yachts celebrated for their exceptional performance, timeless design, and remarkable cruising capabilities. As the naval architects behind all eight yachts in this series, Diana Yacht Design takes pride in collaborating once again with Moonen Yachts on this impressive project.
Presented during the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2025, the Moonen YN206 measures 37.4 meters (122 feet) in length and features a gross tonnage of 345 GT. This fast-displacement, transatlantic motor yacht is designed to deliver both comfort and speed, with a top speed of 17 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Our team at Diana Yacht Design meticulously engineered YN206 to optimize hydrodynamic performance, ensuring a smooth and stable experience even on long voyages. The yacht’s shallow draft enhances access to diverse cruising destinations, offering unparalleled versatility for her owners.
The exterior designed by René van der Velden, boasts a sleek and low-profile silhouette, reflecting both elegance and modernity. Inside, the yacht features sophisticated and luxurious interiors crafted by theDutch studio Vripack. The design emphasizes contemporary elegance, combining high-quality materials with refined craftsmanship. The interior ambiance blends natural tones and textures with touches of warm wood finishes, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
The layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five staterooms, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck and four spacious guest cabins on the lower deck. Each cabin is designed with ample natural light, en-suite bathrooms, and carefully selected finishes, ensuring an elevated onboard experience. The social spaces are thoughtfully arranged to promote relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious main salon, an elegant dining area, and a sky lounge with panoramic views.
Outdoor living is equally prioritized, with expansive aft decks for dining and lounging, a large swim platform, and a sun deck equipped with a spa pool, bar, and sun loungers. The bridge deck offers additional seating, creating an ideal spot for enjoying scenic views during the voyage.
Constructed with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, YN206 exemplifies durability, efficiency, and craftsmanship. The innovative design and engineering reflect the seamless collaboration.
