Moonshine finished sea trials successfully

Moonshine the new 36.3 metre Martinique has finished her sea trials successfully. She is the sixth semi-custom yacht built on the proven Moonen Martinique platform. Our team is responsible for her naval architecture, construction and engineering. The endurance trial at sea is the last day of trials that included class survey and certification, calibration and manoeuvring.

One specific change to the original design is the shortening of the swim platform to exactly make the yacht fit her berth. Accommodating a total of 12 guests and seven crew, the full-beam master stateroom, large guest cabins, and spacious crew quarters are amongst the many unique features that make her stand out.. The Moonen Martinique is capable of long-range cruising, transatlantic crossings or travel at high speeds at 16.5 knots. After delivery to her owners she will spend her first season in the Mediterranean.

The build of the seventh Moonen Martinique has already started, Moonen YN205, 37-metre (123ft) will be delivered in April 2025 and is available for sale.
