Lumière launched at Moonen Yachts
Moonen Yachts has successfully launched LUMIÈRE, a magnificent 37.8 meter Martinique (YN203 – 124ft) from their renowned shipyard in the Netherlands, The motor yacht will be delivered to her Australian owners before the summer and is expected to spend her first season in the Mediterranean. Meticulously crafted to reflect the preferences and lifestyle of its owners, the Martinique boasts enhancements including an expansive sun deck adorned with a spacious jacuzzi pool, a generously extended swim platform, and a uniquely tailored interior design in collaboration with Studio Indigo.
The award-winning Martinique design by Dutch designer René van der Velden allows natural light in, offers spectacular views out, and creates seamless indoor-outdoor connections. An almost continuous band of panoramic windows wraps around both the main and bridge deck. As the naval architect and engineers behind this project, we’re delighted to see our drawings come to life. With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure LUMIÈRE attains a maximum speed of 17 knots, ensuring a perfect balance of comfort and performance across the seas.
The final outtfitting and commissioning of Lumière with her crew will be completed during the upcoming months. LUMIÈRE proudly joins the distinguished lineage of Moonen Yachts’ semi-custom Martinique design, marking the fifth installment in this esteemed series of vessels.
