Brigadoon and Viatoris winners World Superyacht Awards 2019

Last Sunday the World Superyacht Awards took place in London. The glamorous ceremony hosted by Boat International was held at the Old Billingsgate.
Two yachts with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design have been nominated and became winners. Both yachts had to compete in their category with four other yachts built by some of the world’s most distinguished yards.

The 36 metre Brigadoon delivered in 2018, was built by Moonen shipyard and features exterior design by designer René van der Velden. Nauta Yachts is responsible for the interior design with styling by Studio Indigo. Naval Archirtecture is done by René van der Velden together with Diana Yacht Design.

The other winner is superyacht Viatoris, in the category Displacement motor yachts below 500GT – 30 to 47.9 metre. The 40 metre yacht is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure in Poland by Conrad shipyard. Her exterior comes from the British design studio Reymond Langton design.
